Our Leadership

Cheryl Heller
Managing Principal
Cheryl Heller is a results-driven and highly accomplished finance and operations leader. In over 20 years with Capital One, Cheryl held executive roles in the finance, operations and human resources organizations. Her focus was on leading teams and organizations through transformations, whether those transformations were related to reducing cost, evolving culture, or streamlining operations. Prior to Capital One, Cheryl spent time at a top insurance company and top public accounting firm focusing on regional banks and real estate partnerships.
Cheryl has a bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut and a master's degree from the University of Hartford. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Professional Masters in Banking Certificate from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University, a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from Cornell University and a Certificate in FinTech from New York University.
Cheryl's volunteer efforts focus on creating and supporting strong women, through her leadership positions on the boards of the Junior League of Washington, Metropolitan Ballet Theatre, the Beta Sigma chapter of Delta Gamma and the Holton-Arms School Parents Association. Cheryl resides in Gaithersburg, Maryland with her husband and daughter, enjoys yoga and is an avid Peloton member.

Michael Heller
Managing Principal
Michael Heller's career has been built on over 20 years of experience in strategic human resources, talent management and technology consulting. As an HR executive at Washington Consulting, Digital Management and Deltek, Michael led teams to develop innovative human capital management programs and initiatives. Previously, Michael held a variety of positions at American Management Systems and Booz Allen Hamilton where he executed on talent acquisition, total rewards, performance management, strategic HR partnership and philanthropy strategies. Michael is also the Founder & CEO of iRevü, a micro-feedback performance management solution that helps customers save money, improve productivity and protect the organization by providing near-immediate, documented performance feedback to employees.
Michael served the community as a board member of Teardrops to Rainbows, an organization dedicated to supporting families of children with cancer. Michael has a Masters degree in Human Resources from Georgetown University and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut. Michael resides in Gaithersburg, Maryland with his wife and daughter and enjoys cooking and college basketball.
