The Private Bank Division of a US Based High Tech Commercial Bank was looking to enhance its financial reporting, improve management routines and articulate a long-term transformational strategy. Leadership at this global business and technology consulting firm contacted Pillar One to evaluate and enhance their global talent acquisition function. During this engagement, Pillar One lead the recruitment function and made key improvements to the recruitment and onboarding processes. We assessed the current deficiencies and implemented several strategies such as ramped-up employment branding, standardizing external messaging, highlighting and elevating the current team and installed a new leader for the function. As a result, the Recruitment team has increased their in-bound candidate flow by 42% and the company’s employee retention has improved by 13%.
A start-up in the micro-mobility industry needed a senior finance resource to lead the finance team and build out the financial infrastructure. Pillar One provided a fractional senior finance executive to develop financial projections, interface with potential investors and manage investor relations, build out and manage the data analytics practice, and to establish and maintain the day to day financial processes and reporting.
